- our October Fall Reset Event & Celebration October 8, 2026

October is here, and fall treatment season is officially in full swing.

Cooler weather, less time in the sun, and the holidays getting closer make this one of our favorite times of year in the clinic.

It’s the perfect month to bring back treatments you may have paused during summer, take a closer look at your skincare routine, and start planning ahead if you have holiday parties, family photos, travel, or events coming up.

And because it’s October, we’re having a little fun with it too.

Here’s what we’re talking about this month:

Fall opens the door to some of our favorite treatments, especially services that require you to be more mindful of sun exposure.

Our Fall Favorites

The treatments we've been waiting all summer for

On our fall treatment list:

• Opus Plasma treatments to target pigmentation, sun damage, texture, and tighten & lift the skin

• Chemical peels to refresh dull skin and improve tone + texture

• Microneedling to support collagen and smooth the appearance of the skin

• Injectables to refresh your look before the holiday season

And yes, we’re already thinking about the holidays! If you have family photos, parties, travel, or a big event coming up, tell us your date now.

Some treatments need multiple sessions or time for results to fully develop, so planning ahead makes all the difference.

World Psoriasis Day

it's more than just dry skin

October 29 is World Psoriasis Day, a great reminder to bring awareness to this chronic immune-mediated condition.

Psoriasis can cause inflamed, scaly, itchy, or uncomfortable patches and may affect areas like the scalp, elbows, knees, and nails. While there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, the right care can help manage symptoms and support healthier skin.

A few psoriasis-friendly reminders:

• Keep skin moisturized to help combat dryness and support the skin barrier

• Avoid picking or scratching irritated areas, which can make symptoms worse

• Pay attention to triggers since stress, illness, weather changes, and other factors may contribute to flares

• Skip harsh skincare and choose gentle products when skin is feeling sensitive

• Talk to a medical provider if you’re experiencing persistent scaling, redness, itching, or discomfort

You don’t have to simply “deal with” stubborn skin changes. Getting the right diagnosis is the first step toward finding a treatment plan that works for you.

Scary Skin Habits to Stop

these are giving us more of a fright then Halloween

We all have skincare habits we could be a little better about, but these are a few we’d love to leave behind this fall:

1. sleeping in your makeup

your skin deserves a

  • clean slate before bed

2. picking at breakouts

it can increase inflammation and

leave behind pigmentation or scarring

3. forgetting your chest + neck

your skincare shouldn't

stop at your jawline

Consider this your friendly reminder to break those scary skincare habits.🙂
